HSG Earns VETS Indexes Recognized Employer Award for 2026

We are proud to share that HSG has once again been named a Recognized Employer in the VETS

Indexes as a recipient of the 2026 Employer Awards, marking our second consecutive year

receiving this distinction.

This recognition reflects our sustained commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the broader military connected community. At HSG, this commitment goes beyond hiring, it is about creating meaningful opportunities for those

who have served. From leveraging the unique skills and leadership experience that veterans bring, to fostering an environment where they can continue to grow and make an impact, we are intentional in how we support this community across our organization.

Participating organizations work to strengthen employment opportunities and support systems for the military-connected community. The recognition program analyzes candidates through five categories (veteran recruiting and hiring, development and retention, veteran-inclusive policies and culture, support for members of the National Guard and Reservices, and Military

spouse/family support).

As noted by the President of VETS Indexes, Nicholas Antaki, “Employers like Herndon Solutions
